Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
** We don’t offer refunds on sale items, sorry for the inconvenience. 

To start a return, you can contact us at pocketpaints.art@gmail.com If your return is accepted you need to pay for your return label, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and before using the product. If you notice a manufacturing defect or your order is missing any items, please contact us right away at support@pocket-paints.com so we can work together to make it right, stating your full name, order number and be sure to take photos at that moment.

 

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged,defective or the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at pocketpaints.art@gmail.com


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
